How far are the beaches and the centre of Numana?
The property is located in the hills, about 500/600 metres from the nearest beaches of Numana and the town centre.

How to reach us?
By car
For those coming from the NORTH.
Ancona SUD exit, go straight, at the first roundabout turn right (towards Numana), then continue straight for about 8-10 km, at the second roundabout turn right (towards Numana), after about one km there is a turnoff to the left for Numana center, do not take this but continue and take the next road on the left, after about 300 m you have arrived.
For those coming from the SOUTH.
Loreto-Porto Recanati exit, take the first right, after about 3-4 km (when the state road makes a large curve to the right) turn left (towards Numana), continue along the seafront until you reach the town of Marcelli, at the end of which turn left, then take the first right, at the next roundabout turn right, continue for about 3-4 km, after the small bridge turn left, continue straight and after 700-800 m turn right into Via Montalbano (if you pass the "SIROLO" sign go back 200 m), then after 300 m you have arrived.
By train
Ancona Station, rent-a-car service, taxi, public bus in front of the station (Reni bus lines, direction Sirolo-Numana, Numana stop in front of the information office, timetables: https://anconarenibus.it/orari/ , from here a 10-minute walk, but if you call us we will be happy to pick you up to take you to the property)
By plane
Raffaello Sanzio Airport in Falconara, taxi service, public bus towards Ancona then Reni bus lines, direction Sirolo-Numana, Numana stop in front of the information office, timetables: https://anconarenibus.it/orari/, from here a 10-minute walk, but if you call us we will be happy to pick you up to take you to the property
