Unless agreed in advance, on the day of your arrival the reserved room will be at your disposal starting at 12.00. On the day of your departure, please vacate the property by 10.00 am. We remind you that the use of the structure and equipment is subject to our internal regulations.

Tourist tax of € 1.00 per person per night which is added to the price indicated above. Children up to 3 years do not pay!
For overnight stays of only one night, a surcharge of Euro 10.00 is applied.

Linen change on request Euro 7.00 per person. It includes: two sheets, a pillowcase, a large towel for the bathroom, a medium towel and a small one for the bidet.

Payment: cash / bank transfer.

Booking confirmation: your reservation is confirmed and guaranteed by a bank transfer/deposit of 30% .

Exclusively for our customers: you can rent beach umbrella and sun loungers, at beach house "Il Cavalluccio di Mare".
